A bit about me …
My Background
Hi I’m Sandra and I‘m a sober coach. I made the decision to banish the booze for good in February 2024. After many attempts at moderating and several periods of not drinking, I realised it was time to finally ditch alcohol. There was no rock bottom - sorry! Just a series of events over the years which led to the realisation that I just couldn’t keep on losing days to hangovers and wasting time and money after another night of overdoing it. I didn’t want to go it alone and joining The Sober Club for support led to me training as an Accredited Sober Coach. The past year has been a huge learning curve for me and bit of a revelation of who I really am, turns out I like myself more than I thought!
